Our Story
Where It Started
Mitchell left Mizzou one semester in — not because he failed, but because he had a better idea. He launched Rehmann Lawn & Landscape, built it from the ground up, and eventually sold it. That first business taught him everything about running a company the right way: show up, work hard, and treat people fairly.
Storage, Trailers & a New Direction
After selling his first business, Mitchell launched a storage facility and started selling trailers on the side. He listened, learned, and paid close attention to what customers actually wanted. That feedback loop — and a lot of hard work — pointed him toward something bigger.
Troy, MO — Built to Last
Newline Trailer was born from a simple belief: people deserve wholesale pricing and honest service. Mitchell relocated, built out the Troy lot, and grew it into the #1 wholesale trailer dealer in the entire Midwest. He's still the guy answering calls, coming in on busy days, and making sure every customer leaves taken care of.
Kansas City — Coming Soon
The Troy location's success made the next step clear. A second Newline Trailer location is opening in the Kansas City area in late 2026 — bringing the same wholesale pricing and no-pressure experience to a whole new market. Mitchell's two boys are the reason he keeps pushing, and he's building something worth leaving behind.
